At BIR Cover, we strive to provide you with the highest quality garment covers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


βœ… Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • The reason for return must be:
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Damaged or defective item
    • Missing item from the package

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Customized or branded covers (with logos, names, etc.)
  • Used, stained, or physically damaged items (unless received in that condition)
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery

Initiate Return
Email us at anjumrazashaikh04@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 6354916646 with:

    • Order ID
    • Product photo
    • Reason for return

Return Approval
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide return instructions.

Ship the Item Back
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the mistake is ours (e.g. wrong or defective product).


πŸ’Έ Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, card, etc.) within 3–5 working days of receiving the returned item.

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
